Analytic Lead

• The analytic lead is responsible for operationalizing data analytics for the Government.

• Brings the necessary skills and background to collaborate with Government leadership, end users and resource providers to identify and define unique challenges facing the Government.

• Translate these challenges into data analytic requirements by proposing alternative methods of solution for consideration by the analytic team.

• Document an analytic vision that incorporates data analytic development best practices.

• Continuously provide guidance to the team to ensure relevant and actionable results to the Government client.

• Provide analytical leadership through creating assessment, development and implementation documentation and guides.

• Ensure data analytic concepts and capabilities are propagated through the team.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research, engineering, computer science or Information Systems Management.

• Minimum ten years’ experience in data analysis and data science.

• Minimum five years’ experience in developing logical solutions to complex problems.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership and management.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in cloud environments.
