Presently, we are looking for an Analytic Lead to become a productive team member assisting with the creation and use of large-scale mission analytic environments. This position is primarily on-site in the Columbia, MD area with some remote.
The Analytic Lead will bring unique expertise in IT and security analytic practices providing overall guidance and analytic tradecraft vision for data analytics created and maintained under the management of the Project Management Office. Working with the Data and Visualization Lead, the Analytic Lead will support the development of IT data analytic solutions and identify opportunities to further enhance existing tools with predictive and prescriptive analytics.

The Data Lead will provide overall guidance for data structures, data federation and data architectures, as it relates to sources, source system of record, or other repositories. Enabling end-to-end enterprise data analytic solutions. The Data Lead works with the Analytic and Visualization Leads, along with implementation teams, from concept to operations. Providing deep subject matter expertise for deploying large scale data solutions into the Government’s enterprise.

The program manager will be responsible for successful cost, schedule, and performance of Bearing’s contracts. And serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and Bearing’s senior leadership.

The Visualization Lead is responsible for designing elegant user interfaces, establishing standards, and ensuring adoption of analytic product design guidelines and standards. This position develops guidelines and processes so that data is visualized in a technically elegant way while meeting user and business needs, and tell a cohesive effective, and aesthetically pleasing story across various charts and visualization methods.
